Responsibilities Conduct primary and secondary research across the relevant sectors qualitatively and quantitatively; Perform data and financial analysis on trends of Healthcare and Manufacturing industry development; Independently prepare and write company research reports, sector reports and Pre‑deal research reports; Develop and maintain the Consumer market database; Assist in sector related ad‑hoc research projects; Organize and participate in non‑deal road shows, forums and company visit; Responsible for marketing duty of meeting with investors; Participate in departmental projects or tasks assigned. Requirements Bachelor Degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or other relevant majors; 3 years’ experiences or above in finance industry, preferably in equity research, private equity, consulting, investment banking, or other relevant experience; CFA/CPA qualification preferable; Strong analytical and quantitative skills; Solid financial modelling and valuation skills; Strong ability in data mining and information searching from different sources; Able to write research reports complying with regulations and in‑house standards; Able to communicate and convince research ideas effectively; Strong communication and interpersonal skills – ability to form effective working relationships; Proactive in taking responsibilities and be able to multi‑task; Passionate and motivated to contribute to investment banking field; Capability of working closely with team members and delivering quality work under tight schedules; Fluency in English and Mandarin； Both written and verbal communication skills.
