Senior Supply Planner APAC at a rapidly expanding luxury beauty brand will drive regional supply planning excellence to optimize inventory and service levels. The role involves liaising with global supply planning to expand the supply planning team in the region and support regional strategies. Role Accountabilities Manage regional MOC targets based on ABC SKU and transit considerations; share regional stock needs with global supply chain in monthly cycle. Monitor forecast changes and communicate updates to global supply planning. Conduct weekly analysis of monthly sell‑in patterns against forecast and adjust supply planning as necessary. Manage a complex product portfolio, including reformulation with high promotional volumes, alternate customer channels, and significant seasonality. Identify and pursue additional regional sell‑in opportunities within the blocked horizon. Project fill rates for rolling 3‑6 month periods based on stock confirmation to support demand plan. Identify supply gaps, work with global teams to mitigate them, and collaborate with regional teams to find alternatives. Contribute to continuous improvement of the supply planning and stock balancing processes and systems. Work closely with demand planning and logistics to identify forecast deviation or supply chain constraints, minimizing out‑of‑stocks, excess and obsolete inventory. Ensure on‑time product availability, developing action plans or alternatives for delayed products. Coordinate with NPD controller to incorporate new launch issues into the S&OP agenda. Collaborate with global supply planning team to support consistent regional and global ways of working. Support commercial stakeholders with stock holding and exceptional requests. Maintain expertise in supply planning systems, ensuring consistency and development of the function as the business grows. Assist the Supply Chain regional lead in executing supply chain projects. Reporting Relationships Reporting to the Senior Demand and Supply Planning Manager APAC. Key Selection Criteria Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field. At least 6 years of supply chain planning experience. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Organised, detail‑oriented, numerate, analytical, and a good problem‑solver. Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptive to change. Exceptional Excel skills; experience modeling data into dashboards. Strong teamwork, entrepreneurial flair, commercial mindset, and relationship‑building ability. Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin required.
