Deputy COO

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Deputy COO, a senior leadership position responsible for supporting the management team in core operational functions, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring working efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards while supporting innovation and growth across our business segments. Key Responsibilities Collaborated with various Valuable Group entities to align business planning, fostering teamwork to enhance product offerings and user experience in HK/US shares, A-shares, HK/Global futures, OTC and cryptocurrency trading. Collaborated closely with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any conflicts or issues between departments. Ensure the teams stay on track to complete daily and business‑as‑usual tasks on time, as well as handling ad‑hoc tasks. Optimize team resources efficiently while continuously seeking ways to improve operational efficiency and quality. Ensure internal policies complied with SFC regulations and related rules. Foster a culture of proactive problem‑solving, compliance, and continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields. Extensive experience (typically 8+ years) in financial operations, settlement, dealing or compliance within a licensed company. Strong understanding of Hong Kong and US securities markets and relevant regulations. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross‑functional teams. Excellent problem‑solving skills, especially in system troubleshooting and process improvement. Proficiency in system management and technological infrastructure related to trading and settlement is highly preferred.
