Customer Service, Senior Project Associate We are looking for energetic individuals to join our growing team. Responsibilities Project Coordination: Act as a key liaison between internal departments and corporate clients on various projects. Client Interaction in Daily Works: Handle requests and inquiries from our corporate clients, providing professional solutions. Project Monitoring: Monitor project schedules to ensure timely delivery of our services. Quality Under Pressure: Deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform additional tasks as required. Requirements Diploma holders or above; Proficient in Microsoft Office; Self-motivated, able to work as a team player with good communication skill; Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin); Flexibility to work on rotational shift duties, including night shift (with shift allowance); Experience in customer service in financial printing is an advantage; IANG and Fresh graduates are also welcomed.
