Senior Officer, Guest Relations - Premium Member Club Our client is a renowned premium member club. They are seeking a Senior Officer/Officer, Guest Relations to join the dynamic team. Responsibilities Warmly welcome guests and members upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and promptly addressing inquiries. Oversee member bookings for services and facilities, ensuring accurate scheduling and effective communication of any updates. Manage the members' pool area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, cleanliness, and a positive experience for all users. Coordinate event registration processes, including checking in participants, handling inquiries, and providing event‑related information. Act as a docent for guided tours and educational sessions, sharing knowledge about the facility and its offerings with guests and members. Address any guest concerns or feedback professionally, working to resolve issues promptly and enhance the overall guest experience. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and service delivery, facilitating communication between staff and members. Prepare regular reports on guest relations activities, member feedback, and operational efficiency to inform management. Provide training and support to junior staff members in guest relations and front desk operations. Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing guest services and improving operational workflows. Requirements Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Minimum of 3 years of client-facing experience in a hospitality, art, or culture sector. Background in hospitality, arts, or cultural institutions is preferred. Experience as a docent is mandatory, with a proven ability to engage and educate guests. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster positive relationships with guests and members. Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to handle guest concerns effectively. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. A passion for customer service and a commitment to enhancing the guest experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
