Contract Analyst Programmer

Project Nature Water Seepage Case Management System (WSCMS): a new application system that allows users to view, track and process water seepage complaint cases. Users can input milestones, receive alerts, reminders and generate reports to monitor case progress. Complaints Management Information System (CMIS 2): a web‑based application used for handling and managing complaint cases. It provides workflow, record keeping, case assignment and approval, alerts, reports, and mobile functions. Duties Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full‑time second to serve the FEHD. Design and develop a new web application system. Develop system interfaces with CMIS 2 and Government Laboratory. Have solid experience in web application development with Java and PrimeFaces. Assist in translating requirements into technical designs, ensuring feasibility and adherence to best practices. Assist in developing, maintaining and updating project documents. Conduct program unit test, system test and load test. Perform any other duties assigned. Requirements Working hours: Normal office hoursWorking location: FEHD offices in Hong Kong SARLanguage required: Cantonese and EnglishOn call duty: Not required Technical Skills: At least 4 years’ experience in Java Programming (JAV). At least 2 years’ experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS). At least 2 years’ experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF). At least 2 years’ experience in Structured Query Language (SQL). 1 year’s experience in Red Hat Advanced Server (RHS) is an advantage. Non‑technical Skills: 1 year’s experience working with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent. At least 3 years’ post‑qualification experience, including at least 1 year’s relevant experience in a similar post and comparable capacity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
