Senior Finance Director, HK (US listed Consultancy Firm), 115k Lead the finance function for Hong Kong, aligning financial objectives with corporate strategy. Drive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning. Provide strategic financial insights to support business growth and profitability. Financial Operations & Control Oversee all accounting, reporting, and compliance activities for the Hong Kong entity. Ensure adherence to US GAAP, SOX requirements, and local statutory regulations. Manage internal controls, risk assessment, and audit processes. Business Partnering & Commercial Support Act as a key advisor to the Country Managing Director and leadership team. Support pricing strategies, client proposals, and contract negotiations with financial analysis. Monitor project profitability and resource allocation to optimize margins. Tax & Regulatory Compliance Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with Hong Kong regulations. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed. Build and lead a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Mentor and develop team members to support career growth and succession planning. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred. Minimum 12‑15 years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in MNCs or consultancy firms. Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SOX compliance, and Hong Kong statutory requirements. Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
