Japanese Speaking Sales Manager/ Assistant Manager

Our client, a Japanese MNC is looking for a Japanese Speaking Sales Manager / Sales Assistant Manager to join their team: Job Description Implement sales activities to achieve budgeted sales and profitability goal. Support General Manager to formulate the sales plan and activities in accordance with local strategy, and identify market-specific needs, trends and opportunities for business growth. Maintain a close network of cooperative relationship with business partners and customers. Prepare regular sales performance analyses, forecasts, and identify critical issues. Explore new accounts/business opportunities to build customer pool. Prepare reports on market trends, consumer habits, competitor information on a monthly basis. Compile customers’ feedback to drive for quality of service and to expand business portfolio. Requirements 5 years or above experience in Sales. Experience in electronics field is a plus. Good command of written and spoken Japanese, English, Chinese. Team player, stable and independent. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
