Client Services Manager, Private Banking

Overview Provide all-rounded support to Private Banking Relationship Manager. Receive investment instructions from clients and transmit for accurate and timely execution and at all times ensure high service quality. Assist RM or Senior RM to open accounts for clients and to conduct KYC. Assist RM or Senior RM to prepare credit applications for clients. Attend to general client queries; liaise with internal and external parties to fulfill client requests and administrative follow-up. Prepare ad-hoc and regular internal reports for senior management. Fully compliant with regulations and Group policies and guidelines, and to conduct business at all times in a compliance-conscious manner and alert to the potential risks of money laundering and other undesirable transactions/activity.
