Job Summary Performs repairs, maintenance, and installations. Collaborates with others to resolve incidents and to keep the Data Center running smoothly. Responsibilities Plan, monitor and liaise with vendors on maintenance work Develop preventive and corrective measures of general facilities and critical facilities Manage as-built drawings and O&M manual records Handle emergency calls of critical environmental facilities Oversee the maintenance works Coordinate in the process of enhancement projects Conduct facilities management operations audits Familiar use maintenance software tools Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in managing critical E&M systems is preferable Familiar with technical practices and procedures for maintenance of equipment's and facilities at data center Good team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills are desirable Shift work is required that includes weekends and public holidays in 24x7x365 High Certificate or above in Electrical & Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, Facilities Management or related disciplines Registered Grade A0 Electrical Worker or above will be an advantage Lesser qualifications with significant relevant experience will be considered Equinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability.
