Position Summary The Director will play a pivotal role in the Trust Company’s launch and ongoing operations. This senior leadership position requires deep expertise in trust administration, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance under Hong Kong law. The successful candidate will oversee fiduciary duties, risk management, and ensure the company’s operations adhere to legal and regulatory frameworks while driving business expansion. Key Responsibilities Responsible Officer Duties Manage and supervise daily operations of the Trust Company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Oversee sales, settlement, and operational processes to guarantee smooth and compliant execution Strategy planning and ongoing execution Lead the company’s establishment, including preparation and submission of licensing applications, document management, and coordination with stakeholders including banks Develop and execute business plans aligned with company objectives Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to support business growth initiatives Establish and maintain a robust compliance framework to ensure full regulatory adherence Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5-10 years of senior leadership experience in trust, fiduciary, or financial services, preferably within Hong Kong or comparable jurisdictions Strong understanding of asset management, banking, private equity, corporate finance, securities and derivatives markets or related sector in Hong Kong, the US, and Mainland China Innovative mindset with the ability to challenge conventional frameworks Candidates with business development capabilities or high-quality client resources so to establish a good business network within the industry are highly preferred Strong leadership, detailed oriented, organizing ability, communication, interpersonal, stakeholder management skills Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving capabilities Demonstrated integrity professionalism, and commitment to acting in the best interests of the company and clients Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Seniority level Director #J-18808-Ljbffr
