Exciting new role for you Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective Japanese-speaking clients. Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess clients’ insurance needs and future requirements. Research, analyze, and recommend tailored insurance solutions. Negotiate favorable policy terms and premiums with insurers on behalf of clients. Oversee the full lifecycle of insurance arrangements, including new cover, renewals, amendments, and claims. Proactively manage policy renewals, premium collections, and provide ongoing advisory support. Ensure accurate preparation and maintenance of client documentation and records. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance or financial services. Proficiency in written and spoken Japanese is mandatory; fluency in English and/or Cantonese is preferred. Proven success in client-facing roles with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High integrity, reliability, and attention to detail.
