Responsibilities:

• To maintain close communication with clients’ business users and our system development team and coordinate user requirements collection and analysis activities.
• To participate in system design process including user requirements gathering, functional system design, testing, implementation, training and maintenance.
• To prepare user requirements specification, functional specification, reports specification, test plan, training materials and user manual.
• To compile test cases and support system testing.
• To work closely with the project manager and involve in banking system projects to ensure delivery of committed project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines.
• Possess a strong understanding of Credit Card operation processes.
• Minimum 3 years work experience as Business Analyst.
• Strong logical thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Business travel is required.
