Overview VP, Project Management (Credit Risk, Team Lead), Risk Management Group position at DBS Bank. Lead a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers to drive IT programs and projects, locally and regionally, with responsibilities for timelines, deliverables, budgets/funding, and stakeholder communications. Responsibilities Lead a team of Business Analysts and Project Managers to drive or support IT Programs and Projects, including managing timelines, deliverables, budgets/funding, and communications with stakeholders Support and advise Risk/Credit Management users in systems and data-related planning, process re-engineering, problem investigations, and resolutions Collaborate with other business units and support units (e.g., IBG, CBG, TNO, Transformation) in regional and local contexts Supervise and administer a sub-team in READ under RMG HK, and foster a collaborative, helpful culture Assist in budget administration and funding activities, including reconciliation, approval, accrual, and related tasks Support the preparation and administration of the RMG Annual IT Enhancement Budget Qualifications 15+ years of progressive experience in Systems Projects, BAU Support, and Change Management University graduate with a major in Technology or Business (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines) Proven track record of designing and delivering Systems Projects and Support Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and build consensus Strong experience with Risk Management and end-to-end Credit processes Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua Understanding of Python and AI model/application would be a plus Location: Hong Kong - One Island East Job Type: Full-time Job Function: Information Technology Industries: Banking, Financial Services, and Investment Banking Posting Date: Jul 14, 2025, 8:00:00 AM Contact and Notices We offer a competitive salary and benefits package and the professional advantages of a dynamic environment that supports your development and recognises your achievements.
