We are now looking for a Senior System Specialist. You will be responsible for delivering technical support and ensuring the effective maintenance of the organization's technology infrastructure. As a Senior System Specialist, we rely on you to: Provide comprehensive technical support and maintenance for backend IT infrastructure, including: Windows Active Directory. Virtualized servers using VMware and Hyper-V. Storage Area Network (SAN). Office 365 and Azure Platform. Connectivity infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. Conduct performance management and capacity planning to optimize system performance. Evaluate, analyze, design, and implement new IT infrastructure projects to align with business needs. Develop and manage disaster recovery plans, ensuring smooth operations during outages or system failures. Coordinate with IT vendors for the procurement and deployment of hardware, software. Participate in an after-hours rotating support duty roster to provide remote technical support during critical system outages. Execute additional tasks and special projects as directed by the supervisor or senior management. We are looking for someone who has: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years of direct, hands-on experience in IT infrastructure technical design, implementation, and support. Expertise in using VMware vCenter for virtualization management. Proven experience in SAN technologies (e.g., HP 3Par, NetApp, HDS). VMware Certified Professional (VCP5 or higher). Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA). Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE). Proficiency in Windows Active Directory and Office 365/Azure Platforms. Familiarity with firewalls, switches, and connectivity infrastructure. Strong fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese). Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-resolution skills. Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to efficient follow-through on tasks and projects. Strong organizational abilities and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A self-starter with a "can-do" mindset who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
