Financial Analyst

Responsibilities Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models (e.g., discounted cash flow, three-statement models) to support investment decisions for PropTech and AI-focused projects; Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing on product development and market entry strategies to assess risk and potential return; Lead the forecasting and budgeting processes for PropTech project revenue, CapEx, and OpEx; Leverage BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data science techniques to analyze large datasets related to project performance, market trends in PropTech, and AI model efficiency; Translate complex financial and operational data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for executive leadership and project managers; Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics for PropTech solutions post-launch; Prepare comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, clearly communicating variances against budget/forecast and providing insights into business drivers; Present financial findings related to AI project commercialization, property data analytics, and platform scalability to non-financial stakeholders; Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and Engineering teams to evaluate the financial feasibility of new PropTech features, AI model integrations, and technology investments; Assist in due diligence for potential mergers, acquisitions, or strategic partnerships, particularly concerning technology valuations and market sizing within the PropTech space; Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting automation, and data governance, particularly those involving large, complex datasets typical of AI and real estate technology platforms; Ad-hoc assignments as and when required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree (MBA/MSF) or professional certifications (CFA, CPA/CA) is a plus; 3+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Investment Banking, or a similar role, preferably within the Technology, Software, or Real Estate/PropTech sectors; Expert-level financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills; Strong proficiency in BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); Familiarity with financial applications of AI/Machine Learning concepts (e.g., predictive financial modeling, risk assessment); Familiarity with the PropTech ecosystem, real estate data, and software business models (SaaS, subscription-based); Understanding of IT company finance, including software capitalization rules and technology project accounting; Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
