To advance the development of our embodied AI robotic platform, we are seeking a Hardware Integration Engineer for our smart robot development. You will be a core member of the R&D team, leading the selection, design, thermal management simulation, embedded software development, and integration of robotic hardware systems with multimodal AI algorithms, ensuring high reliability in complex service scenarios like smart airport inspection and urban security. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall design, component selection, assembly, and integration of the embodied robotic hardware platform, enabling stable deployment within an "End-Edge-Cloud" collaborative architecture. Conduct thermal management simulation analysis and structural optimization for key modules (computing units, sensor suites) to ensure system thermal performance. Develop and debug embedded software to support the integration of DVRC (Data telecom - Visual preception - Remote control - Computing) modules, sensor data fusion, and hardware-level integration with upper-layer vision-language models. Conduct reliability testing of the hardware system (thermal, vibration, environmental adaptability) and collaborate with algorithm teams for multiple rounds of field joint debugging and performance optimization. Prepare and maintain complete hardware technical documentation, test reports, and contribute to intellectual property applications (e.g., patents).
