I am working with a strong Capital Markets practice of a top-tier international law firm that is looking to add a junior to mid-level associate to their Hong Kong team. This is a growth hire within a well-established group that continues to see steady deal flow. The team advises on a mix of corporate finance matters, including IPOs, Listing Rules compliance, and M&A transactions for listed companies and financial institutions. You will be involved in both execution and advisory aspects of the work, collaborating closely with leading partners in the Hong Kong and regional offices. The ideal candidate will have between 1 and 4 years of post-qualification experience in corporate finance, with specific exposure to IPOs and capital markets transactions. Experience from a leading international or reputable local law firm is preferred.Fluency in English and Mandarin is required for this role.
