Premier Elite Relationship Manager - Hong Kong Business (HSBC) HSBC invites high‑calibre professionals to join our Wealth and Personal Banking team as a Premier Elite Director. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to our highest‑value HSBC Premier Elite clients, collaborating with investment and insurance specialists, and leading a dedicated team of assistant managers. *Remark: Multiple work locations available across branches in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories. Principal Responsibilities Manage relationships with high‑value HSBC Premier Elite clients. Acquire, develop and retain a portfolio of Premier Elite clients. Help clients articulate needs and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. Understand clients on a personal and professional level to align financial goals. Provide individualized strategies for wealth creation and capital preservation. Achieve agreed KPIs and profit growth through development of existing and new relationships. Increase client loyalty through proactive collaboration with internal partners. Mentor and coach team members through activity planning, prioritisation and skills transfer. Handle line‑manager responsibilities for designated support staff and resource mobilisation. Build team culture and foster a strong sense of team spirit. Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements. Maintain operational integrity in accordance with HSBC Business Principles and Values. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business or a related discipline. Solid years of experience in relationship management of ultra‑high net‑worth client portfolios. Proven track record in portfolio management and wealth‑product sales. Expert knowledge of financial planning and wealth products. Strong grasp of macro‑ or micro‑economics and local market developments. In‑depth knowledge of external regulatory frameworks relevant to wealth management. Strong client focus and ability to build long‑term partnerships. Effective communication, influencing and sales skills for needs‑based solutions. Proactiveness and mentoring skills for colleagues. Aspiring to deliver the highest standards to colleagues and clients. Demonstrated ability to collaborate with Compliance, Credit & Risk and Internal Control. Holder of relevant insurance and investment licences and CPD compliance. Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
