Job Description Supporting campus recruitment process in full cycle and coordinating with hiring to different business unit. Arranging with internal business units, external vendors, recruitment related events according to request. Handling with interview logistics, candidates contacting, CV screening, job ad posting, and document preparation. Following up with employee's on/off boarding and provide administrative support to the HR team. Responding to ad hoc duties and enquires from manager. Screening and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements and qualifications. Assist in the production of poster design, graduate marketing/advertisements in social media platforms and giveaways, etc Monitoring and maintaining the recruitment database for accuracy and efficiency. Supporting employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates. The Successful Applicant University degree in Human Resources Management / Communications / Marketing /Business or other relevant disciplines A background in Human Resources or a related field and familiar with the Financial Services industry is an advantage Customer oriented, detail minded and able to handle multi-tasks with good planning and organising skills Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and English and Chinese typing Eager to learn and interact with candidates with good interpersonal and communication skills Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
