Responsibilities Be a strategic advisor and provide HR consulting in line with business strategies and objectives. Develop workforce planning strategies and be responsible for talent attraction and talent acquisition. Conduct research, analyse HR data and prepare reports to help influence business decisions including compensation market analyses, job evaluations and job mapping in designated business areas. Support Head of HR in driving talent management and people development agenda. Design and implement employee engagement strategies to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and staff retention. Handle annual performance management and review employee rewards and compensation policies; including salary increments and bonuses, to ensure competitiveness and fairness. Partner with department managers to identify top performers and build succession pipeline and strategies to mitigate talent gaps. Deliver new‑hire orientation and oversee staff onboarding and off‑boarding formalities. Review, research and develop HR policies that comply with local legislations, support employee initiatives and achieve organisational goals. Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to line management. Identify gaps to support business objectives and be a strategic advisor to business leaders to translate business requirements into effective HR initiatives and programs. Collaborate with department managers to address and resolve workspace and employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigations where applicable. Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development activities. Handle adhoc HR projects as assigned. Provide coaching to junior HR officers. Requirements Min 12 years of experience working in a variety of HR functions, with at least 8 years in an HRBP role. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or related disciplines. Strong communication skills and the ability to negotiate and influence others. Excellent experience in employee management and executive‑level interactions. Demonstrated achievements as an HR professional to influence, lead and manage projects. Comprehensive understanding of HR practices, labour laws, regulations, and compensation and benefits programmes. Ability to work efficiently under pressure, drive projects to completion and meet deadlines. Strong business and HR acumen, including problem‑solving and critical thinking. Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Compensation and Application We offer excellent career prospects to the right candidate.
