Settlement, Business Operations (Night-shift / Associate / Analyst / Contract) Execute daily settlement of equities for overseas markets, virtual assets, and futures products Reconcile corporate action activities Handle daily operations including position and cash reconciliation, and client requests for fund/securities deposits and withdrawals Prepare funding reports for the Treasury team to support overseas equities settlement Ensure smooth execution of daily settlement processes in compliance with internal policies and procedures Follow up on outstanding settlements with clients and counterparties Participate in system implementations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and other ad-hoc projects as assigned Willing to work holiday shifts and night shifts; able to work independently under pressure Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business, Banking, Economics, or related disciplines Minimum 2 - 3 years of relevant experience Familiarity with equity and futures settlement processes is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing Detail-oriented, patient, and highly responsible Strong team player with good interpersonal and communication skills Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Candidate with less experience will be considered as Contractor We offer attractive remuneration and benefits including 5-day working week to the right candidates.
