One of the leading Data Centre entities is currently seeking a Associate Director / Senior Facility Manager to help maintain their E&M operations in this fast-moving industry. Responsibilities Reporting to the Director, you will lead a E&M team of 10+ staff on 7/24 service on E&M operations and efficient delivery to cliental. You are expected to work closely with inhouse teams on customer communication, training plans and performance management and ensure all operational KPIs are achieved accordingly. Ensure effective and efficient management of day to day data center operations including queue management, incident and change management, 7/24 shift arrangement and hardware logistic. Key responsibilities include overseeing energy efficiency, service provider, system monitoring and regular site inspections. Requirements Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant. 12+ years of experience in critical facility and maintenance supervision with no less than 3 years of managerial experience. Well versed with local government regulations on Data Centre facilities including building automation systems. Good communication and coordination skills in both English and Chinese.
