Fund Operation - Analyst / Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager Join a leading financial group, to supervise and enhance investment operations for pension schemes in Hong Kong, driving operational excellence, client retention, and risk reduction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise the Investment Operations Team to align with company strategy, standardize processes, and lead projects that improve service quality and reduce operational risk Monitor daily operations for ORSO schemes, including trade order placement, valuation, reconciliation, unit pricing, and cash flow management Ensure timely and accurate reporting, issue resolution, and escalation to senior management and clients, while adhering to regulatory requirements Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Financial Reporting) and external partners (e.g., Fund Managers, Custodians) to resolve queries and implement process enhancements Drive organizational and technological changes, emphasizing client relationships and continuous improvement in efficiency Provide training, coaching, and resource planning to foster team development and an open communication environment What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 4-8 years of relevant experience in ORSO or pension funds investment operations, with strong knowledge of pension administration, accounting standards, unit pricing, and fund administration Proficiency in financial reporting, reconciliation processes, and systems like PeopleSoft or Aaspire (preferred) Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently under pressure and tight deadlines Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and a proactive approach to process improvement and stakeholder management Demonstrated leadership competencies, including building effective teams, resilience, and instilling trust Argyll Scott Asia is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
