Role Overview We are a diversified private group with operations across F & B, education, real estate, and e-commerce. Due to continued expansion and team restructuring, we are now seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor with team management expertise, comprehensive financial process knowledge, and the ability to drive system improvements. Key Responsibilities Lead and guide the finance accounting team to ensure accurate and efficient daily financial operations. Assign and supervise team tasks, and provide professional training and performance feedback. Review and improve financial procedures and internal control systems to enhance operational efficiency and compliance. Assist in establishing and maintaining financial management standards and guidelines. Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Prepare regular management reports to support business analysis and decision-making. Assist in annual budgeting, monitor budget performance, and conduct variance analysis. Manage cash flow planning and allocation to ensure liquidity safety and efficiency. Ensure compliance with Hong Kong and Mainland tax regulations, and oversee all tax filings. Handle communication and coordination with external parties such as the Inland Revenue Department and auditors. Proficiently operate MYOB and other financial systems, ensure data accuracy, and promote system optimization. Oversee financial archives and digital records to ensure completeness, security, and traceability. Act as a finance liaison to collaborate with other departments, answer financial inquiries, and support business operations. Maintain effective communication with the Company Secretary, banks, suppliers, etc. Perform other finance management and ad-hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years in team management or supervisory role. Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related field; graduates from QS top 300 global or Mainland 211 universities are preferred. Experience in Chinese-invested enterprises or educational institutions is an advantage. Proficient in Hong Kong and Mainland financial and tax regulations; skilled in MYOB system operation, with full-cycle accounting and financial analysis capabilities. Strong sense of internal control and process improvement ability. Possession of professional qualifications (e.g., HKICPA, ACCA, CICPA) is preferred. Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English; excellent written communication, report drafting, and cross-departmental coordination skills. Strong sense of responsibility, leadership, teamwork spirit, and problem-solving skills. Able to work under pressure, with a steady, meticulous, and organized approach.
