Campus Development and Management Office - Facility Assistant Join to apply for the Campus Development and Management Office - Facility Assistant role at The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong About The University The Hang Seng University of Hong Kong (HSUHK) is a non‑profit private liberal‑arts‑oriented university with six schools, over 7,000 full‑time students, and a “Liberal + Professional” education model that nurtures critical thinking and social responsibility. Responsibilities Provide administrative and clerical support to the facility management (FM) team, including helpdesk operations, document filing, mailing, printing, recycling, confidential disposal, and stocktaking. Handle enquiries and liaise with internal and external parties on FM related matters. Process cleaning, repair/maintenance and miscellaneous requests through the Facility Management System. Assist in preparing FM‑related statistics and reports. Monitor in‑house and outsourced security and cleaning services. Perform logistics support for FM matters and University events. Applicants Should Hold a higher diploma/associate degree or above in Facility/Property Management or a related discipline. Have work experience in the Facility/Property Management field (advantage). Have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred. Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Be self‑disciplined, hard‑working, proactive, customer‑oriented and able to work both collaboratively and independently. Fresh graduates are also welcome. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Interested applicants should visit and apply on or before 28 December 2025 .
