Digital Marketing Officer / Senior Digital Marketing Officer With over 78 years history, Golden Resources Foods Limited is the largest rice wholesales and distributor in Hong Kong which has expanded its scope to cover fast-moving consumer goods business. We are now inviting talent to join our Marketing team to develop and execute innovative trade marketing strategies in the digital space. Reports to: Head of Marketing Key Responsibilities Digital Development Create and implement effective digital brand strategy that aligns with brand objectives and drives brand and sales activities. Manage social media pages and website for engaging with customers / consumers. Experience in social media management, including copywriting and running ad boosting. Proficiency in design software is highly preferred. Campaign / Content Management Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored for brand building or trade programs, ensuring alignment with sales initiatives and promotional activities. Develop high-quality, engaging content with our brand strategies, including brand and products, promotional materials to drive sales and brand image. Build campaigns with KOL program and content to enhance our sales and brand image. Use analytics tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement. Collaboration with Sales Teams Work closely with sales teams to align trade marketing efforts with their objectives and enhance partner engagement through tailored content. Market Research Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities to refine digital marketing strategies/campaigns. Budget Management Manage and optimize the digital trade marketing budget to ensure effective resource allocation and maximize ROI. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Digital related field or other related disciplines. Minimum 5 years’ relevant experiences with proven social media exposure. Able to drive growth and brand consistency. Strong analytical and creative abilities and familiarity with digital analytics tools. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
