R&D Supervisor

Responsibilities Oversee R&D activities and ensure adherence to proper procedures and technical standards throughout the product development lifecycle. Support innovation and implementation of new product development. Write, edit, and review clinical and technical documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate closely with clinical, regulatory, and medical affairs teams to support product development and regulatory submissions. Monitor project progress from concept to production, ensuring timely execution and resolution of technical challenges. Job Requirements and Skills 3-5 years experienced in product research and development for clinical applications. Experienced in regulatory submissions of medical devices. Strong knowledge of scientific and mathematical techniques. Demonstrated ability to compile and analyze data, write technical reports, and oversee development procedures. Supervisory experience with para-professional staff. Proven hands‑on technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize systems during product development. Preferred experience in managing projects from concept through prototyping, testing, and transition to commercialization. MPhil, PhD or above. Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Require regular travel and working in Dong Guan, China.
