Provide an impressive client onboarding journey and high‑quality service and product information to customers to satisfy their changing financial needs. Interact with customers through phone calls, emails and live chat to address enquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Explore business opportunities and strengthen customer relationships by sharing product training. Present up‑to‑date market insights to prestigious clients. Analyse the financial needs of a diverse range of customers from mass‑market to high‑net‑worth segments, both locally and internationally. Perform in accordance with key performance metrics and contribute as a strong team player. What you’ll need Preferably with experience in sales and/or business development for Forex/Financial industry. Fluent in verbal & written Chinese; native Mandarin speaker or a strong understanding of the China market will be an advantage. Passion in acquiring new business knowledge in a fast‑paced environment. Self‑starter and fast learner.
