About the role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager (ORACLE EBS) to join our team at Kam Yuen Group'. This is a full-time position based in our Causeway Bay office, and you will play a crucial role in managing and optimising our Oracle Enterprise Business Suite (EBS) implementation. What you'll be doing Lead and support the implementation project on Oracle EBS R12.2, including migration of custom objects and enablement of online patching. Develop, enhance and deploy Oracle components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows). Design and develop integrations for enabling seamless data exchange between EBS and other enterprise systems, using REST/SOAP APIs and SOA Gateway. Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and architecture teams to ensure systems are deployed within enterprise architecture standards and information security frameworks, compliance with data governance standards. Participate in and support testing activities (SIT, UAT), performance analysis, cutover planning, and post-go-live support. Lead and own the Non-Functional test stream by working with SI Vendor, project team, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture teams. Review, provide feedback & accept the work conducted by SI Vendor. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Oracle EBS applications, with a focus on root-cause analysis, performance tuning, and continuous enhancement. Make professional judgments and provide consultation to users in solving their business problems. What we're looking for A recognized degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional qualifications. At least 10 years’ relevant work experience at supervisory level in the IT field. Proven track record in managing large-scale IT ORACLE EBS r12.2 projects. Hands‑on experience in leading ERP and information system integration projects (especially integration with big data or AI systems) is essential. Strong expertise in EBS components, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, BI Publisher, OAF, and Workflow Builder. Mastery of ERP interface development and data integration technologies (including ETL tools, API management, web services, and database integration). Familiar with enterprise business processes (finance, supply chain, human resources) and best practices for ERP-enabled process optimization. Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex cross-functional projects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of effectively coordinating with technical teams, business departments, and senior management. Outstanding problem‑solving and analytical abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project challenges. Demonstrated ability to drive digital transformation initiatives and align ERP solutions with business strategy. Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams towards achieving common goals. Good communication, teamwork, organizational and administrative skills. Pro‑active, initiative and able to complete job assignments independently with minimum supervision. Willing to work in competent, challenging and team‑working environment. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua. Candidate with less experience or related certificate will be considered as Manager.
