Strategic Print Sourcing Manager

This role will assume responsibility for: Building out the Tag supply chain across Print/POSM/Packaging and Premiums categories Setting and ensuring the delivery of category strategy and presenting this to internal and external stakeholder groups Developing, driving and implementing advanced sourcing strategies Development, negotiation and management of pricing tools (calculators/ rate cards/catalogues/commerce tools etc.) Supplier governance – vendor compliance, onboarding and auditing requirements Sourcing business partners for internal stakeholder at various levels – working closely to develop fit for purpose solutions Developing strategic vendor partnership and delivering against joint business plans Creating and maintaining supplier risk profiles Setting objectives & evaluation performance criteria for vendor panel Coordination and implementation of business RFP response, goals and objectives Engaging with the supplier landscape to bring innovation and market insight to the business Requirements: Degree holder in supply chain or related discipline Minimum 8 years relevant industry experience in supply chain, print sourcing Category subject matter expertise Proven track record of delivering results and driving cost out of the supply chain Proven track record of formulating and delivering strategies Strong ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders: listening, influencing and presenting Advanced user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Experience in the successful use of e-procurement tools Strong project management and negotiating skills Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English We offer competitive remuneration package and fringe benefits to the successful candidate.
