Add expected salary to your profile for insights Lead team to support the implementation of projects for payment systems, including FPS. Work with vendors and contractors to deliver high-quality software deliverables. Involve in all stages of the software development life cycle and provide well documentation. Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members. Requirements Minimum 8 years of experience in software development or application support, preferably in the banking industry. Proven experience in large-scale project management and system implementation, ideally with transactional systems. Strong technical skills in Java, C#, Oracle, and MS SQL. Experience in team leadership, vendor management, and payment systems is a plus. Good communication and problem-solving skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin). Occasional business travel to Mainland China (Shenzhen) is required. Benefit / Other Information 5-day work.
