Senior Business Analyst / Reporting Lead – ERP Reporting (Regional Role) Ref no: PH2359-JDB The ERP Reporting Lead is responsible for managing the delivery of IT services related to ERP reporting solutions. This role encompasses the availability, accuracy, and performance of reporting systems, while providing insights to stakeholders and promoting continuous improvement in reporting capabilities. The ERP Reporting Lead serves as a liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure effective service delivery that aligns with organizational goals. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to drive ERP reporting initiatives. Lead and execute the reporting strategy for ERP systems at the market level. Develop and manage ERP reporting solutions that provide actionable insights. Drive data-informed decision-making across the organization using ERP data. Enforce data governance policies and procedures specific to ERP reporting. Ensure data quality, security, and compliance with relevant regulations within the reporting environment. Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the ERP reporting platform. Ensure the platform supports various data sources, including those specific to ERP systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data from multiple ERP modules and external sources. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across ERP reporting. Lead or participate in projects related to the rollout or enhancement of ERP reporting solutions. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Manage project risks, budgets, and timelines effectively. Work closely with commercial, supply chain, and finance teams to identify reporting needs within the ERP framework. Ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities. Monitor and report on the performance of ERP reporting solutions. Identify areas for enhancement and optimization in the reporting processes. Manage relationships with external vendors related to ERP reporting, ensuring they meet performance standards and requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business, Data Science or a related field. More than 5 years related experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successfully delivering reports in ERP project (such as D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.) or related reporting tools (Power BI is a plus). Experience in the FMCG industry is advantageous. Proficiency in data warehousing, ETL processes, and data visualization tools, specifically within the ERP ecosystem, is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills, combining logic and creativity. Ability to synthesize and simplify complex information for various stakeholders. Strong understanding of the process flow of ERP. Ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork.
