IT Workforce & Administration Officer, IT Join to apply for the IT Workforce & Administration Officer, IT role at CLSA Responsibilities Track and manage staff movement within the IT Department globally; generate reports showing metrics and dashboards for management Maintain employee records including skill sets, experience, levels, titles, etc. Work closely with Local HR partners Coordinate staff performance assessment processes throughout the year Communicate and provide guidance to IT staff on HR policy, procedure and good practices Facilitate and arrange seating for onboarding and existing IT staff in HK offices Coordinate and support on-site and off-site team events and meetings Provide proactive, varied and confidential secretarial support to CIO and COO Support in managing dynamic and complex calendars for CIO and COO, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, departments and time zones Coordinate business travels and manage travel logistics for domestic and international trips (flights, accommodations, itineraries, activities, etc.) Plan and execute on- and off-site meeting logistics, including catering, agenda, facilities, and communications Prepare and edit presentations, including developing content and collecting, merging and reviewing materials submitted by others Requirements Degree holder Around 5–8 years of relevant experience Knowledge of employee development and performance management is preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Mandarin Hands-on experience with MS Office suite including Excel macros, formulas & automation, and PowerPoint Exceptional organizational skills and ability to effectively prioritize tasks and projects Strong multi-tasking skills and proven ability to manage multiple projects and work under time/other constraints Ability to handle confidential information and demonstrate a high degree of autonomy Demonstrated experience in dealing effectively with all levels within an organization Seniority level Associate Employment type Full-time Job function Finance and Information Technology Central & Western District, Hong Kong SAR #J-18808-Ljbffr
