Head of IT

Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & IT Governance Develop and implement an IT strategy aligned with organizational goals. Advise management on IT investments and digital transformation by staying updated on emerging technologies. Oversee IT policies, compliance, and best practices for data security and risk management. IT Infrastructure & System Management Manage the maintenance, upgrade, and optimization of IT systems and infrastructure. Ensure adherence to data security and privacy protocols. Optimize enterprise software workflows (ERP, CRM, HRIS, DMS) for efficiency. Lead initiatives in digital transformation, including AI and cloud migration. Cybersecurity & Data Protection Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data. Identify and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks. Conduct risk assessments, audits, and staff training on IT security best practices. Project Management & User Support Implement cost-effective IT solutions for service operations. Provide technology support for project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams. Budget & Vendor Management Develop and manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions. Oversee vendor sourcing and project coordination within timelines and budgets. Collaborate with departments for system enhancements based on stakeholder feedback. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related field. 8+ years in IT, with 5+ years in a leadership role in NGOs, corporations, or government. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects (ERP, CRM). Strong skills in IT management, budgeting, and security monitoring. Proficiency in Linux, Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, AWS, Azure, and more. Proficient in English and Chinese.
