Conduct risk assessments, audits, and staff training on IT security best practices. Project Management & User Support Implement cost-effective IT solutions for service operations. Provide technology support for project monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams. Budget & Vendor Management Develop and manage IT budgets to ensure cost-effective solutions. Oversee vendor sourcing and project coordination within timelines and budgets. Collaborate with departments for system enhancements based on stakeholder feedback. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, or related field. 8+ years in IT, with 5+ years in a leadership role in NGOs, corporations, or government. Proven experience in managing large-scale projects (ERP, CRM). Strong skills in IT management, budgeting, and security monitoring. Proficiency in Linux, Microsoft Windows Server, Office 365, AWS, Azure, and more. Proficient in English and Chinese.
