Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 56741-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Deadline 05 Dec 2025 Contract Period 15 Dec 2025 to 31 May 2026 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Ho Man Tin Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System on Quality Assurance and Testing Responsibilities Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD; Participate in system integration test for Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) System revamp, including but not limited to the following tasks: Quality Assurance Review and verify project deliverables (technical deliverables and project management deliverables) provided by contractor project team for quality assurance and compliance; Monitor contractor project team's adherence to testing timelines & quality standards; Track and report defect metrics (open/closed, severity, aging). Testing Conduct system integration tests for business requirements, data conversion, interfaces and BW reporting, etc.; Review and verify testing deliverables (test plans, testing scripts and test results, etc.) provided by contractor project team for quality assurance and compliance. Requirements Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills; At least 4 years of experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support; At least 4 years of experience in IT Application Development and Management; Solid experience in reviewing and assuring the quality of technical documents and testing deliverables produced by vendors/contractors; Background in Agile methodologies; Experience with automated testing tools will be an advantage; Experience with SAP ABAP will be an advantage; Experience with one or more modules (FICO, MM, BO) will be an advantage; Good command of English and Chinese; Good interpersonal and communication skills; Well organised and able to work independently. Technical Skills At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); 4 years' experience in Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) is an advantage; 3 years' experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) is an advantage; 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills At least 3 years' experience in quality management (QMT); At least 3 years' experience in software testing (STM); 3 years' experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM) is an advantage. Education & Post-Qualifications Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
