About our company: We have started our electric bike system development 10 years ago, and already developed several popular electric mountain bike motor systems which were exported to Europe and USA. We are now a mechatronic company focusing on hardware and software development and are developing electric bike motor drive systems, precision gearboxes, controller systems, sensors systems, electric bike frames, and other mobility devices. Currently, we have distributors in over 20 countries all over the world and need more talents in the industry. Job Duties Post and process journal entries to ensure comprehensive recording of all business transactions. Update accounts receivable and issue corresponding invoices. Maintain accounts payable and perform necessary reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements in accordance with legal and company accounting standards. Support the review of expenses, payroll records, and other related documents as assigned. Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy and immediate availability of information as required. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly financial reports. Assist senior accountants with monthly and yearly closing processes. Support various accounting projects as needed. Preference for candidates experienced in handling consolidated financial statements.
