As a Senior Product Designer, you will be joining a team that’s passionate about the core guest experience, turning original concepts into compelling interactive experiences that resonate with a global audience. Get to Know Our Team: The Design team is a diverse group of product designers and researchers that help to build Agoda’s products from our home office in Bangkok. Experience Requirements & Role Expectations: 6+ years of full-time experience as a product designer for digital or web-based products; in-house experience highly preferred. Create visually stunning, intuitive, and delightful interfaces, and independently deliver pixel-perfect UI and seamless interactions. You are highly experienced in UI design, with deep knowledge of design patterns and a creative approach to solving problems through user interfaces. Proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research, with hands-on experience running user interviews, synthesizing findings, and generating actionable insights to inform design decisions. Take full ownership of the design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery. Partner with Product managers to shape product vision and roadmap. Has experience of managing multiple stakeholders within an agile development process Strong communicator who can articulate design rationale, influence stakeholders, and build trust across disciplines. A strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your design thinking, process, and solutions showcasing beautiful, user-centered web and mobile product design. Day to day, it looks like: Running discovery phases and helping define product requirements Testing prototypes and hypotheses with users to collect feedback Present your work to peers and leadership, async and in-person Take part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands, and squad meetings Think and write about your process and detailing your decisions Champion cohesion and consistency in UX design that unites a growing family of products/features Be a strategic leader with a vision in how to implement experiences that represent the most customer-centric intersection between design, business, content, and technology. Senior Product Designer at Agoda means you have a track record of: You work alongside your design partners in driving discovery and ideation workshops and align the group around a vision and approach You have a track record of crafting sophisticated flows and customer journeys You can think and craft at a system level, not just interface elements or pages You’ll regularly make use of your soft skills: listening, negotiating, decision-making You can balance multiple priorities and successfully deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
