Your main goal is to ensure that all Operational Key Account Specialist and Managers are qualified to fulfill the overall operational responsibility for the assigned Key Accounts to maximize satisfaction for our customers. How you create impact Manage the professional development of the Operational Key Account Management Team. Responsible for Team performance management and metrics internal. Support customer facing activities for Team (KPIs, QBRs, standardization efforts and best practice approach) Support the Team members individually and further develop collaboration within the team. Foster close coordination, consistency and collaboration with the Operational Key Account Specialist Team, Processes Systems, Sales and other Functional and Business Units. Develop and adjust the training plan to ensure that all Operational Key Account Managers are qualified to manage the assigned customer requirements. Ensure professional Onboarding or Offboarding of team members. Improve internal processes and create a sustainable organizational structure. Drive initiatives related to the overall program strategy and is responsible for communication on status and outcomes to internal stakeholders.
