Risk(IT/Tech) Mgr_ECF on Cybersecurity Cert holder_ pref Big 3/Bank background Holder of Operational Risk Management and ECF on Cybersecurity recognized by the HKMA. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manager/Senior Associate to join our Risk Management Department. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing risk management reports, supporting risk identification and assessment, and recommending measures to control and monitor risks across the bank. Prepare various risk management reports as assigned by the Department Head. Consolidate and review key risk indicator reports by liaising with colleagues across departments. Assist in operational incident management reporting and monitor risk issues and action completion status. Organize committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes. Coordinate and complete the RCSA process in collaboration with other departments. Support the development of processes and controls to manage IT risks. Coordinate new product reviews and assessments, assisting in the approval process. Assist in policy manual review and updates. Prepare risk management reports for both internal and regulatory purposes. Education & Professional Requirements University graduate in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a business-related discipline. Relevant certification in Operational Risk Management and ECF on Cybersecurity recognized by the HKMA preferred. Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking, preferably in operational risk management, compliance, auditing, or related fields. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. Result-oriented with meticulous attention to detail. Good command of spoken English (Putonghua is an advantage). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
