Works. is currentlyseeking a motivated and innovative Project Engineer to join at one of thecutting-edge company known for its commitment to sustainability and innovation. In this role, you will take the lead in managing Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and other installations, overseeing contract submittals, project documentation, and ensuring smooth project delivery. You'll be the key point person for both the commercial and technical aspects, forecasting conditions, managing resources, and mitigating risks to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold our high-quality standards. Location: Hong Kong Working Arrangements: Onsite | Monday-Friday, fixed night shifts. Your Duties/Responsibilities: Lead project management activities for Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) and other installations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet client requirements. Prepare comprehensive contract submittals, including materials, documents, and drawings, adhering to project specifications and timelines. Maintain meticulous project documentation and correspondence, organizing and storing information for easy retrieval and reference. Oversee both commercial and technical aspects of projects, from planning project budgets to controlling scope, solving problems, and managing schedules to ensure project success. Proactively forecast project conditions, managing and coordinating internal and external human resources effectively to meet project milestones and deliverables. Conduct thorough evaluations of potential risks, implementing cost control measures to mitigate risks and ensure timely project delivery with minimal disruptions. Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams across all levels, fostering strong working relationships, while also maintaining excellent relations with external clients to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold company quality standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical, and/or Electronics, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, particularly in overseeing installations of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems and similar projects. Proficiency in preparing contract submittals, including materials, documents, and drawings, with a keen attention to detail. Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate project documentation and correspondence. Excellent understanding of both commercial and technical aspects of projects, including budgeting, scope control, problem-solving, and scheduling. Demonstrated ability to forecast project conditions, effectively manage resources, and mitigate risks to ensure timely project delivery. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and build positive relationships with external clients.
