This role focuses on executing strategic engagement plans to communicate the organization’s vision to key stakeholders and leading the planning and delivery of high-profile events and initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engagement programs to strengthen the organization’s reputation as a leading community contributor in Hong Kong. Oversee the planning and execution of signature events, including forums, award ceremonies, community events, and luncheons. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as non-profits, academic partners, foundations, and government entities, to ensure successful events and initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to drive publicity and communication efforts. Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and provide administrative support as needed. Manage event budgets, expenses, and procurement processes. Who You Are: At least 8 years of experience in event management or marketing communications; experience with digital channels is a plus. Familiarity with community-focused initiatives is preferred. Proven ability to manage event logistics and foster strong stakeholder relationships. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
