Please visit our website: Job Description Assist the Senior Contract Manager / Contract Manager in contract management Responsible to manage pre and post contracts Set up and maintain clear cost plan for projects Attend Client’s team meeting and advise on commercial matters Advise on opportunities for value engineering and cost savings when possible Provide commercial reports to Client Review and assess variation claims Ensure that deliverables are up to standards and records of projects are correctly stored/saved Qualifications Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent 1~10 years of relevant experience Candidate with more experience could be considered as Project Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor Professional qualification (HKIS, RICS, RPS or equivalent) is an advantage Excellent communication skill Proficient in English language both written and verbal Proficient in MS Office applications Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
