About the job Paralegal | Technology Related | HKG Our client, a leadingsoftware company is currently seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their HK office. Responsibilities: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements. Maintain an efficient system for document storage and retrieval Collaborate with legal counsel on drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts Manage contract lifecycles, including execution, tracking key dates, and renewals. Monitor industry-related changes in laws and regulations. Assist in developing and maintaining compliance policies and procedures. Coordinate with external counsel and assist in managing legal disputes. Support corporate governance matters, including board meetings and record-keeping. Conduct legal research on relevant issues and provide summaries and recommendations.Collaborate in identifying and assessing legal risks associated with business activities. Requirements / Skill Sets: Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies, legal studies, or related field preferred. Proven experience as a paralegal, particularly in an in-house legal department or corporate setting. Strong knowledge of legal principles, contract law, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency in legal research tools and document management systems. Excellent communication and organizational skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
