Reporting to the Account Director, you are expected to oversee projects of the regional level on a day-to-day basis, ensuring that they run smoothly and achieve their potential. Daily contact with clients at a senior level is a crucial part of organizing client feedback, using knowledge, experience, and skills to promote the agency’s strategy and ideas, and maintaining agreed/approved strategic direction to achieve the best outcome for the client. Manage and coordinate relations and communication between internal creative, digital, and strategic teams and external stakeholders. Handle administrative tasks, including client meeting arrangement, meeting recaps, budget, and timeline tracking. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of projects according to customer needs and objectives. Execute and supervise the marketing, digital, social media, and media activities within assigned projects. Support new business initiatives by preparing proposals and client presentations, providing integrated solutions and clear strategy with the budget and timeline. Oversee and execute social profile management, including calendars of activity and ensure that it remains aligned to the broader strategy. Initiate new business opportunities. Desired Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience in creative / marketing/media agencies with a proven successful client account servicing track record. Passion about the marketing industry with excellent presentation skills both internally and externally. Strong networking skills to manage and liaise with all stakeholders and bring new connections. Good attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple work-streams efficiently on time and target. Strong numeracy with the ability to create estimates and budgets accurately. Ability to multi-task between projects of different nature, sizes, timelines and prioritize tasks accordingly. Self-discipline with a proactive attitude. Ambitious and responsible attitude towards the project delivery process.
