About the Company Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager who specializes in modern end-user computing/digital workplace technology within Microsoft environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the technology experience for internal users, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to succeed in their daily operations. About the Job Lead a team of 3, fostering a culture of technical excellence and outstanding user support and customer service. Oversee the acquisition, deployment, and management of all end-user hardware and software, including Windows and mobile devices. Develop and implement strategies and architecture for software distribution, patching, and security updates. Manage IT operations for end-user technologies, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues. Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, streamline workflows, and enhance the overall end-user experience. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure a secure and stable IT environment. Develop and maintain documentation for IT policies, procedures, and support guides. Skills & Experiences Required Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science or a related discipline Minimum of 10 years of experience in end-user computing/digital workplace technologies/IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. Strong technical knowledge of end-user technologies within a Microsoft environment. Oversee the deployment and maintenance of frontend EUC Management including client-side applications (e.g., M365, Microsoft Office, Adobe, web-based apps) and virtual desktops (e.g., VMware Horizon, Citrix, VMware Horizon). Manage backend EUC including Intune, SCCM, and Active Directory etc. Good understanding of ITIL principles and best practices for IT service and helpdesk management. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English, and currently based in Hong Kong with a valid work permit. ITIL v4 or Microsoft Certified Professional certifications are a plus.
