Senior Treasury Quant Developer – Reap We’re looking for a Senior Treasury Quant Developer to join our global Treasury team at Reap, a fintech company headquartered in Hong Kong that powers stablecoin‑enabled finance worldwide. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin‑enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross‑border payments. About the Team The Treasury team builds and operates the core infrastructure that moves money across our platform. We’re responsible for handling incoming and outgoing flows—fiat and stablecoins, internal transfers, withdrawals, and payouts. Our systems need to be reliable, observable, and audit‑ready by default, and we work closely with teams across the company to design systems that meet real‑world operational, regulatory, and business needs. What you’ll do We are seeking a skilled Treasury Quant Developer to build and optimize quantitative models for treasury management, particularly in foreign exchange (FX) pricing and risk management. You will work closely with Treasury/Finance/Data teams and the systems engineers responsible for the Treasury Management System (TMS) development and maintenance. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Treasury team to design and implement FX pricing/risk models for integration into the Treasury system. Model and quantify the impact of FX fluctuations on Reap’s profitability and competitiveness. Maintain strong market knowledge of FX dynamics to inform modeling and risk assessment. Own analysis and reporting of FX‑related gains and losses in partnership with the Finance and Treasury teams. Build systems and conduct network analysis to enhance treasury operational effectiveness. Coordinate closely with the Treasury Systems Engineer to implement and integrate quantitative models within the TMS infrastructure. Support continuous improvement of the treasury system’s accuracy, efficiency, and data connectivity related to the quantitative models. Analyze transaction data to identify patterns, anomalies, and FX risks related to internal fund transfers and various treasury services. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Physics, Statistics, or Financial Engineering. At least 6 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years running trading strategies end to end. Background in high‑frequency trading, preferably in market‑making or latency‑sensitive environments. Strong data analysis skills. Preferred Qualifications Domain knowledge: Experience in financial domains such as payments, disbursements, custody, or cards is a strong plus. Technical proficiency: Design systems that are stateless by default, built for scale, and resilient to failure. Comfortable with async workflows, distributed services, and cloud infrastructure. AI fluency: Use AI tools to accelerate development and explore ideas, but apply them with discernment. Full‑stack experience: Experience across the stack (backend, frontend, infrastructure, data) is a bonus. High‑growth environments: Experience working in high‑growth teams is a bonus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
