What we offer 5‑day work week Competitive annual leave package Competitive pay and discretionary bonus Friendly working environment with dynamic and talented team members Smart and casual attire (Monday to Friday) Learning and development opportunities Convenient office located near Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station Responsibilities Oversee and manage full spectrum of administration services under Corporate Affairs Department, including office supplies and procurement, facilities management, vendor management, occupational health & safety measures, office insurance, renovation, travel arrangement and etc Organize and coordinate company events and various meetings Manage Office workflow system (administration related module) Review and update office manuals, approval guidelines and work safety regulations Manage administration related budget, cost allocation and reporting Assist in managing fixed asset count for the head office Supervision of the frontline supporting staff Provide support on ad‑hoc duties & projects as assigned Requirements University graduate At least 8 years relevant working experience with at least 3 years in managerial experience Understanding of Japanese company culture is advantageous Good communication skill to work with different levels of stakeholders Organized, detailed mind, strong sense of responsibility and able to solve problems independently Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office applications including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Immediate availability is highly preferred How to Apply Send your updated CV, notice period, current and expected salaries to Legal Statements Information on Collection of Personal Data & Application Our company is an equal opportunities employer and welcomes applications from all qualified candidates.
