Ensure visual merchandising standards reflect the brand’s image and seasonal promotions. Conduct regular audits to maintain stock accuracy and ensure product availability. Operational Excellence Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and compliance with company policies. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute promotional events and marketing strategies. Training & Development Organize ongoing training sessions for staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence. Mentor team members to enhance their skills and support their career growth within the company. Encourage a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Qualifications Proven experience in luxury retail management or a similar role. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions. Passion for luxury brands and customer service.
