We are now looking for a talented Residential Property Officer to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Residential Property Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for providing professional concierge and property management services of the highest quality to the residents of our luxury residential property. RESPONSIBILITIES Providing professional concierge and property management services Liaising with relevant parties and departments Maintaining excellent rapport with residents Handling residents' complaints and enquiries Issuing maintenance reports, drafting notices and reply letters to residents as required REQUIREMENTS HKDSE/ HKALE or above Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality or property management industry (less experience will also be considered) MHKIH/MCIH; or actively looking to attain the qualification, e.g. student member of HKIH. Applicants with relevant experience & knowledge of DMC with good attitude will be considered.
